Community Development Scoping Study
	The Geoffrey Gardiner Dairy Foundation Limited was established to promote and support the Victorian dairy industry and communities for the benefit of the wider community. In 2002 the Foundation undertook a Community Development Scoping Study to develop options for investment by the Foundation in community development. A range of stakeholders from throughout regional Victoria was consulted including farmers, community organisations, local councils, education providers, State Government organisations and industry associations. The key issues identified by the Scoping Study were: labour, demographic changes and leadership.
